As Wednesday youth group continues to grow, we are looking for ways to accommodate this growth while still trying to maintain opportunities to gather as smaller segments. Which of the following 2 options would you prefer?

As Wednesday youth group continues to grow, we are looking for ways to accommodate this growth while still trying to maintain opportunities to gather as smaller segments. Which of the following 2 options would you prefer?
Separate HS/MS teaching time. Start one group (HS) in large group teaching time followed by small groups. At this same time other group (MS) would have free/fun/activity time. Would then gather all together for worship time. After worship switch, HS group has fun time while MS is in teaching time and small group time
Stagger starting times. Start MS earlier at say 6p and would finish at 8p. While HS runs from 7-9p
